360 Degree Feedback
360 Degree Feedback is an effective system in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from people who work around them.
This program typically includes the employee's manager, peers, and direct reports. About 8 to 12 people complete an anonymous online feedback survey covering a broad range of workplace competencies. The employee then answers the same survey questions about themselves. Feedback is then generated and compiled in a report which is given to the recipient.
